How We Help Families

The Cecil County CAC brings together professionals from law enforcement, child protective services, the State’s Attorney’s Office, Union Hospital, and mental health providers to function as a multidisciplinary team. This team addresses the needs of child victims and their families throughout the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse cases.
