MISSION STATEMENT
The Bridge, Cecil County's Domestic Violence Rape Crisis Center is dedicated to ending violence by working to promote gender equality, empowerment, and end oppression through community education, while developing and providing comprehensive services to survivors of domestic violence, rape, and sexual violence.
